COMMUNITY CAFE:

Community Cafe is an organization that provides the supper meal every Tuesday and Thursday for anyone in town who needs a hot meal. Community Cafe is staffed by mostly volunteers who set up tables, serve the prepared food to the guests, pour milk or juice, bus and clean tables and at the end of the night, put everything away until the next time. Many meals are served up in to-go packages for those folks who want to bring their meal home to eat. Community Cafe does accept a free will offering if the guest is able to contribute. Christ Episcopal Church has committed to sending volunteers to help on the third Tuesday of each month. The evening is split into two shifts.
